I call this "The I don't know what this is" toy!  It's a bird (I think).  It's part of a block set (I think).  It's a keychain (I think).  It's angry probably because I don't know what this is (I think).  I received this for my birthday many years ago (I think).  If you think you know what this is, please contact me and let me know.
